Really the whole design of this theme is wonderful, but some bugs are in. Hope the bug will be free ASAP and this theme will be best magento theme on the market

I am rating this theme because the developers are continuously updating this theme. I couldn't find a better one like this on Themefy orest. I loved the way they designed this theme, the search, off-canvas etc..thank you very much for your efforts...

They have abandoned their customers. They do not reply to the support request. I have extended my support and they abandoned me in the middle of the extended support period. DO NOT BUY.

A nice and very customizable theme. The main reason for my 5 stars rating is their exceptional support. David and his team and going the extra miles when come to answer our questions. Many times the bugs is not related to the theme but to the external modules that we added but the CleverSoft team always find the answer or point to the right direction. This is horrible. The page builder is full of bugs and there are ton of issues with image loader as well. Generated two tickets and no luck!!I think the positive reviews here are all fake. We have missed our client deadline only because these people never cooperated within the first 6 months support which they were supposed to.

Template is working well BUTwithout those outstanding support team, it would be only half worththanks for your great support guys!

The theme is great, but need continuos updates, seem have too many bugs. I need support and I paid for extend support for six months to open a ticket that has six days unanswered, still waiting...

I must congratulate this theme. Nothing to say but: It is the most accomplished and flexible of all the themes! Finally a theme based on Elementor, for Magento! (Although I would have preferred a Divi base) Congratulations! All that remains is to fix the small bugs. But honestly... nothing bad!The author is constantly monitoring and adding new features on a regular basis. There is still some missing, but very honestly, it is already more than enough to make a site quickly, clean and professional.

This is an expensive theme that comes with difficulties in set up and abysmal technical support. My developer had a tough time to get it to install. It is a complex theme with 80+MB size of SQL dump. I sent a detailed email to the theme developer with the various issues being faced and never heard back from them. I would not recommend using Novetty and clear steer away from CleverSoft. I would recommend going with a more popular theme such as Porto.

No support at all. The template is good, but there is no support. I created 3 tickets, waiting already longer than 2 weeks for a response. There is not a single response.

I've been facing a lot of issues regarding installing the kickstart novetty files. Database is the big issue and the support link is not generating ticket. I tried vigorously to reach but there is no source to connect with author.

The developers push new updates very frequently and it is very possible they do not test the updates prior to pushing them live. It is becoming a re-occurring nightmare every new update that is available since there will most likely be an error after installing the published update.I do not want this review to be misinterpreted and I am very much in favor of new features/updates however the developers have extremely poor project management and feel the need to push new updates with minor improvements multiple times per month instead of waiting until there are a few/multiple improvements fully developed and tested (since most of these new updates have bugs at the initial time of release) and will require additional time to troubleshoot.I rarely leave negative reviews however when I mentioned my concerns to the developers they attacked me for it and took absolutely no responsibility for the poor planning on their behalf.The theme is a nice theme when there is a stable working version published. The problem is in the 6 months there have been over 25 updates and especially recently every update published will leave you with errors after installation.

It is a good looking, very flexible and intuitive theme. The support package is wortth every dollar - fast & uncomplicated.
