I love the fishing store concept from the first time I saw the demo. Now working on the theme and really happy at the beginning

I just removed my earlier theme with this fishing theme just for awesome design. but when I install this theme my site speed increases a lot than earlier theme i was using. got some problem with theme but with their great support everything is okay now. I highly recommend this theme if you wanna make a fishing gear ecom store and their support is simply awesome. Many many thanks netbase team

Do you also provide some support after installation of theme. I want to install theme on my most expensive fishing rod website but not know much about customization.

While I hmanaged to get a site working, I was very disappointed with the theme/author.Upon install & demo content import, I had issues, I contacted support as I managed to sort most out myself, but the guide said to 'import icons.xml' it didn't state where the .xml file was, so I searched through the download files for it, but no luck.I contacted support to request this folder to be sent to me so I could upload it, and get the job done. But this process went through a few days of emails back and forth (which I still didn't get the file sent to me). I was asked to provide them with the files that I downloaded from themeforest, which I did, only for them to send me a file back to say, 'please use this' upon upload I had the same issue. They swiftly closed the ticket and wouldn't come back with an answer, almost as if they knew it was an issue and wanted to shut it off. I then decided to use a different font icon as I had wasted enough time on this.I came across another issue where the mobile burger menu wouldn't appear on mobile view, the original menu remained in place and pushed the header down quite long. I decided to contact support again, as the site wasn't accessible due to being in development, I sent a screenshot. They replied that they couldn't access my site and closed the ticket again! They sent me a screenshot to state they couldn't access my site, which showed to be a different domain altogether!!!I managed to fix this issue myself (workaround) by changing the header layout (a couple of header layout options are in the theme), which work using this template but not with the default that the theme sets.It's a shame as my client like the theme, but it's hard to work with to set up. It is full of bugs, and the main issue with support here is a language barrier, but even then, I don't think the two individuals I spoke to were great support.I have used over 50 different themes on themeforest, and this stands out as the worst.

I ran into difficulties uploading the theme, and when I contacted them, they promptly, politely, and effectively assisted with the install of my theme and it's functioning great!
