Was good on release, but a total lack of timely updates and a stream of broken promises has meant WooCommerce and associated plugin updates cannot be made. More recently I have had to block Wordpress from auto-updating as the theme totally breaks. Support response time is reasonable, but I've had to mend most problems myself - a stock 'I need your FTP and Wordpress login details' response is not good enough, I sign NDAs on most sites, so giving such details is impossible. A shame, because this looked great on first release.

Hello, we’ve updated our Woocommerce to version 4.5.2 and is now planning to update to version 4.6.1. It is working fine but we can no longer change the Shipping settings. We cannot add shipping zones nor edit them. There used to be a list of shipping zones such as Free shipping, but it is no longer present in the list. We cannot also add shipping methods.
Changing the Theme to Storefront would make the shipping options and methods working again.
Can you please advise.

Hi, the last update of the theme is from April 2021, is this theme compatible with the version of woocommerce 6.1.1? woocommerce says that within the theme there are outdated files. I need to update please give me an answer. Thanks

Theme doesn’t work, When adding items to cart nothing gets added to cart. Both on laptop and mobile. Please help. Theme updated to latest version along with wordpress.

Hi guys. After updating everything to latest version (also PHP 7.3) we are experiencing few errors .. cannot save any slider, cannot update plugins and theme produces error on main page “Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/domain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fluent-addons/templates/kc_sliderlayer.php on line 33

Hi joommasters,
I have create a page with the modul ‘Product list’ in It, but I don’t find where choose the category of product to show in that page… I have create 2 categories (chairs and desktop) in 2 diferents pages, both of them with the modul ‘Product list’ and both show the same products.
I have the products in diferents categories, but I don’t know where fix the category to show in each page.
Could you give me some light in this please? I am stuck with this and I can’t go on with the web.
