Is there a way to leave the name of the zone on the page and scroll it off when they roll over instead of the way it currently is where you can’t see what zone it is until you scroll over it?

Purchased this theme through Envato Elements. Cannot access purchase code, help forums or get the trx-addons plugin to work without crashing the entire site. Please help. Been searching for hours for a solution but no one is helping. Project is dude in two days. It keeps crashing the site and I have to manually delete the entire theme which completely screws up the installation. NEED HELP

Both themes have similar functionality so it is up to you which one to choose.

Can i get an update to the theme that will make the WPBakery Editor work again on the backend? Latest WP update jacks it all up. My support has expired so I can’t make a ticket, but I feel I shouldn’t need support just for a theme update especially if the theme is just unusable in this state.
