I purchased the wrong theme and cannot use it and they won't give me a refund even though all they have to do is deactivate the license. It's complicated and not really a child theme. Don't use unless you're an advanced coder because you won't understand the way the builder is set up

Hi,
I’m using this theme for quite some now and I can’t seem to update to PHP 7.3. If I do this my site goes blank. I also tried it with the latest theme version. Same thing happens.
Does this mean that your theme is not compatible with PHP 7.3?

After the update font-awesome icons disappeared. It seems it doesn’t recognize the font name anymore. For example, if I set font-family: fontAwesome, “Font Awesome 5 Free”; then it works. But with as-is configuration it’s failing. On the frontend and on the Goodlayers theme options page also. Any guidance how to fix it easily or should I dig in deeper by myself??

Theme is solid but really heavy - on Google pagespeed insights out of the box the site gets a 10/82 mobile/desktop score respectively. (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdemo.goodlayers.com%2Ffinancity%2F&tab=mobile).
Would love to use this more but needs to be optimized.

With desktop no problem, on mobile phone when i get to the counter counter already finish, as it start as soon as I opern the page. I want the counter start when it’s at the center of the windows—> following the link

hello, I started using your theme but I am having issues with its WPML compatibility…, if translating and selecting footer widget language it does not save.., the language selector is not editable.., al the contact demo pages are messed up.., the top bar is not translatable… what is going on?

When rating, i had to select one main reason, while i couldn't select them all. Code quality, customizability, Design and Excellent Support are a few of the greatest features of this theme and this company. I never worked with Wordpress before, and hell, what a waste of time all past years coding. You can't imagine who i was lucky to bought Financity theme from which you can create the greatest looking websites. Also the SEO- company checking our progress was impressed with the marketing changes we did in such a small time. I bought Financity Theme almost two months ago and i felt it as a duty to write down above comments. PG from Belgium.

Leave money issue with us and focus on your core business.” cannot be copied in the banner. Is it possible the words can be copied?
