Hi,
We have a lot of problems with your theme. We can’t use the ‘colors’ in theme settings and for example we can’t change the settings of ‘simple sliders’. Are this known issues? And how do we fix this?

Has anyone else who has loaded this theme gotten an ajax error when trying to import demo content? If so, how were you able to resolve the issue? I have reached out to the theme author but the lack of response is terrible. I can’t believe this theme states that it comes with support.

I was really looking forward to working with this theme but I was never able to get the demo data. The site gives an ajax error when trying to load demo data. I have been contacting support for over 2 months with no help. I wish there was a way to get a refund. This is the first bad experience on themeforest. So disappointing. I will have to purchase another theme at this point. I can't continue to wait on this support staff.
