Hello, in WPBakery Page Builder there is no “Smile care” widget. I can’t enter shortcodes. Please support.

Just bought the theme and am going through the steps of customizing it for a client. Some feedback: 1) Your ironthm-header-contact-block (header style 4, secondary nav with Contact Us/Call Us/Book Appointment/Opening Hours) the element with the envelope icon has a duplicate contact-info div. To clarify, there is a parent div.contact-info and a nested div.contact-info under it. This is not the case with the other elements in that block. 2) Again for the same block, is there a way to change the content of the h6 headers? I know we can change the value of the data in Theme Options > Header Options > Header Contact Number for example. But I want to change the text that says “Book Appointment” or “Opening Hours”. Currently the only way I can see to change this would be with a CSS hack. 3) Again with the same block, when you add data for a fourth block, it doesn’t adjust the width of each element to be 25%: they remain 33% and one breaks to the next line. This is easily fixed with custom CSS to reduce the size of each element, but the theme should automatically adjust.

To add new section in a page template you need to add code inside Contact Us V2 template file. You can also create new page with the WPBakery Page builder using the shortcodes we have provided with theme. Hello. I got problem with templates. I want to insert template contact us 2 and be able to style it. When i try to save existing page builder says that page is empty…. and when I try to import one of yours, I cant style it and it looks different…

Where is the problem?

Hi, I have had a few issues since inn the last few days, The logo reverted to the smile care logo and the tabs below the header also had reverted to the theme defaults that where imported with all of the demo data. I also had an issue with the menu changing back to the theme default. Was this a problem with the wordpress update. KInd regards Tom.

The included Slider Revolution plugin is currently 9 versions behind (released 121 days ago) and WPBakery Builder is 1 version behind (released 41 days ago). When will you be providing updates for these plugins?
