Very Poor theme full waste of money everytime i tried to do some changes on it its totally disaster and very frustrating theme support if you raise more then one issue they only replied with one answer which leads to no where after login by user front-end user name not work properly theme functionality not working properly totally waste of time and money.Don't buy this theme

Hello, I have researched opencart themes in detail for a while. I’m undecided between Revo and another theme to buy. This is because of page load values. Revo analysis values (Gmetrix-F) are very low compared to other themes (Gmetrix-A). I like the Revo more visually, I want to buy it, but this makes me think. I have doubts about how this theme will work when I install several thousand products. What can you say about the theme speed? Do you get a lot of complaints about speed? Other than that, the theme is great… Thanks

The customer support is crap you open a ticket and there is no response for days and you are stuck with the problem till they respond, if they respond they ask for login credentials for website even for minor errors, they not provide solution in the ticket even if you ask them and explain them the problem with screenshots or anything. ok giving the login is fine but not responding for days is unbearable for some people as you dont know how badly they could be stucked just because of simple issue.

Approx 12 days ago i purchased this theme. After installing on our site its not working well…smtp mail not working after create account or forget password it redirect to blank page when i am using arabic language then its not working on whole site only few words display . home page is same as english some extension problem main thing is that they are not providing support… we have raised many tickets but until i didnot get any single reply. i posted many comments but they always say its lunar new year holidays… but its already over 21st feb but no response till today ( 25th feb) everytime they mentioned that create support ticket on our site… I am really disappointed from your support… please refund my money otherwise i will posted eveyrwhere dont buy from envato and opencart… we have bought many themes from you and we will buy more in future… but if you will do that how can i buy from you… we have big market around the world. so dont do that with your precious clients…if you will not solve my problem or refund my money then i will share about you on social media and every forum… we have already screenshots of alll

A lot of small bugs that swarm everywhere. The demo version of the layouts does not match the sample database at all. I'm disappointed with this purchase and I'm thinking about a refund.

the theme has a lot of bugs , very slow to respond on tickets (mine is not responded until now) , the support page to open tickets is offline , so if you need support .....

I have reviewed this template and some pages have errors. Will this or any other errors I can’t see be fixed when I purchase this template? Example error: While on the product page, the drop-down menus do not fully work. The menu closes when I hover over the items in the menu. I got the same result in all browsers.

Doucumentation quality sucks. Wrong and missing items. Layout is very good and also the mobile theme. So avarage 2 stars.

Very nice, professional theme. However have to state it is not user friendly. With so many different features, its very difficult to know where to edit. Very confusing backend.

Has very very poor support, when i've told'em what happened, they just answered me: It's your code that have problems.But i've tested the same code in another three themes and it worked in all of them.They don't even tryed to test the problem that i've told them and to show me the "solution", they asked me to pay them, otherwise i've to resolve by myself.

So hard to find around when it is install and trying to modificate the layout and the design, this 15 layout is really taking time , so much things that need to be disable, to start a fresh design.Really sad that i bought this opencart Them , for me waste of money and time
