Hi there the template did not work for MailChimp for us, I would like to ask a reimbursement.
I had to upload it on another tool I did not have…
then edit there
download as html
and when I tried to upload on mailchimp
did not work
i zipped it
did not work
uploaded as html
did not work ..

Hi,
I gave i issue with he background image in MS outlook 2016. The background image is not showing in full width. Please check the screenshot and the html template. Did I miss anything?

I just purchased SUMAIL. I tried importing it into my stampready.net using the .zip option but it failed. Seems like it uploads but then I get a blank page with “sorry something went wrong” message.

Hello! I’ve used the Sumail template since Jan. Love the design and modules. However, there could be additional functionality that could be added to make this even better. And also, exporting it to Mailchimp works, but there are a few things consistently that it does not render as seen on StampReady. I can share a short list of items if you’re interested in learning how to improve this template. Currently I spend a lot of time fixing the issues in Mailchimp and also a few customizations that should be fairly standard or at least give us a few of those additional modules as options. Thank you. Look forward to your thoughts.

Hi. I have followed the instructions correctly to make an advertising mail. I have also adjusted the images to the appropriate resolutions. Once the work is finished, I see it correctly on my iMac and iPhone. However, other users with Windows / Outlook see the mail, but the images do not go well adjusted. When I prepared the mail and preview it I saw it correctly. The images looked perfectly. Because other users do not see the mail well? Right now I can not send it to my future clients, because I am afraid they will see the mail wrong. Any solution? Thank you!

Each module shows unmatched ending tags. When I tried to point that out, author stated she designed it to the standards required. Having tags (they show in white when not matched, broken in Stampready) is not good coding quality. Every module has them. I have to pull each module coding into notepad, remove them, and finish building the email in a different system because of those unmatched tags.

The Stampready template does not upload. Stampready says “Wrong File Format”. This is all after following your instructions in the “Documentation Folder”.
Please provide a ZipFile that works. Not a folder with items for us to zip. As apparently someone else had the same issue 7 months ago.
If I can’t get it to work in stampready, I would like a refund.
