I am sad, I paid for the support and am not getting a response. I emailed the designer and he was very responsive once. I’ve emailed him 3 times over the span of a week and zero response. This is not what I hope to get when I pay for a service. If you offer the service please honor the service, otherwise if its nothing something you love and want to do then do not offer it.

Hi, I have some problem after install this theme on my wordpress. I received note: “Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/monsteer/public_html/wp-content/themes/sonia/functions.php on line 420” and now my site is dead. Do you know maybe how to fix it?

We are incredibly disappointed by the lack of support that you have provided us since we downloaded this theme. Initially, we thought this was a perfect theme for our site and it is aesthetically pleasing. However, after reaching out to Neptune-Theme MULTIPLE times for simple questions, we have received no help whatsoever. I do not recommend purchasing this theme and I would like to caution anyone who is considering purchasing this theme.

Horrible code. Doesn't work well with newer versions of wordpress and they haven't updated the theme in ages.

I see some of the images get distorted after you upload them specially the images on the wigdet that says latest post right in front of the template how can I fix this since it makes the website look cheap
