Their customer service is great, they helped me and fixed all the issues I had, the theme is very stable and flexible, it's used on a store with 20.000 products and working perfectly.

I recently purchased this theme for my Shopify website. I am so happy that I did!
I needed some customization done to the menu options. All I had to do was submit a support ticket, and in a very short amount of time Ngoc Tuan , from fixed me up within in minutes!I am VERY happy with his services and fast work.

Complements to the developers for addressing an issue I had with the template. I'm a big fan of this theme as I have used many themes in the past. While I am a developer there are times that I just simple do not have the time or desire to "fix" things and this theme right out the box is very simple. I had an issue and the team resolved which was much appreciated. I have purchased another license for another client.

Hello there its been exactly 2 years that i came here last. and again i have just extended my support for another 6month, i have just purchased that via PayPal now. I need support for my EtroStore – Responsive Multipurpose eCommerce Shopify Theme.
I have a question will i be able to use it with a site like Big-commerce? i had a problem with shopify. and am out with them. i have an account with Big commerce i want to transfer my domain to them.
Is this theme supports Big-commerce, if yes i have other questions. it just has to support. if it doesn’t then the support i purchased now is a waste of money which wont make sense at this time of the year. I also have more question ahead.

DISREGARD MY LAST QUESTION. CAN YOU SEND ME THE EMAIL FOR THE AUTHOR OF THE SOFTWARE IT SELF. I WANT THEM TO CUSTOMIZE THE THEME FOR ME. THE LAST TIME I REQUESTED I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR OVER A YEAR. WHICH MEANS I WAS UNABLE TO RESPOND TO FEW OF THEIR MESSAGES. KINDLY GET BACK TO ME. I NEED TO RESUME THE PROJECT.

Communication very hard (ticket closed and no answer... even if I was in the good place for SHOPIFY..... only one header, how can I insert text.... absent in add Section..... I offer my code to acced my shoppify and nothing.... guide is an hybrid of revo theme and en etrostore... I wanted help to insert video in the header, and in product..... A very good promess of this theme but it(s not the reality !!! It will be surely better, in the future, but not now !!! I'm looking for professionnels !!! Thinks
