Calling your customers liars is not the best way to go about resolving issues. What I wrote was truth. Rather than inquiring further, you told me that what I claimed happened with my website did not happen.How do you know that it didn't happen? Your first step should have been to offer support or access to my website or even screenshots BEFORE assuming that I was lying.Fortunately after a few hours & lots of hard work I was able to get the website working. But my impression of your service is forever tainted by the fact that you essentially called me a liar and that errors I said happened did not. They did happen.NEVER do this to a customer. Your assumption should have been that I was telling the truth. And even if you perceived that I was lying, you never say such a thing to a customer in a support/refund inquiry.Very bad service all around.I would have left a 5 star rating now that the theme is working if your response had been more tactful.

I noticed that your demo only installed WC-Marketplace demo pages and not WC-Vendors which I’d like to work with, is there a way I can get WC-Vendors demo installed on my website if I don’t wanna work with WC-Marketplace? Some ups, some downs, but in the end the support staff were always helpful, the theme is well made and offers enough flexibility to turn it into anything you want. Giving 5 stars purely because in the end it worked out okay and I managed to create exactly what I wanted by using this theme as a base.

Hi, after the last update, many of my pages are misaligned (home page, shop page, and product page). In addition, the preloader animation does not go away after the page is loaded under it. I had to turn off preloader to see page contents.

RTL feature not completely supported, many bugs in the design lines. Support also not responsive or too delayed responses because it is a forum based. Many RTL google fonts are not supported and looking scary type when implemented.

Your template has a problem. If you click “Quick View” on the product, then you can add a quantity of 2 pieces (1, 3, 5, 7…).
