Hi, My theme has updated to 4.0.4 and has lost the menu, I have checked the documentation to update and made sure all the plugins are updated. The footer views OK in footer builder ‘Footer Simple WP Backery’. But the Header in header builder is not showing up I’ve imported ‘Left logo white’, but in the options tab it has x logo etc. and I get this weird header https://garymillard.co.uk/ Everything was fine until the update. Any ideas what’s gone wrong.

Hello – I am facing Two issues: I am using liquid slider demo (NOVO THEME) 1- in header builder (left logo header) the bottom bar of the header has 3 fields, Logo is on the left field and menu, cart, search are on the right field and the centered field is empty. NOW my issue is that, bottom bar height is big and the links of menu are coming on 2 lines instead of 1 line, I tried to fix it with many ways but none worked, I tried by decreasing the bottom bar Min Height from it’s settings it did not work, I don’t know why, kindly guide me in this. 2- I created a new and empty page then I tried to customize it with elementor but the name of that page is right beneath the header and right above the slider for that page, I want to remove that name, I cant see the option to remove it. here is my website link for you to understand better: www.suuqasomalia.com for the second issue go to shootings>>passfotos. Needless to say, this one is a well thought theme with a multitude of options for photographers and agencies. I did see a site with this theme for another use as well. On top of that, the support from the developer is instant and very friendly. I didn’t give that 5th star only because I’m missing to have photo gallery by itself, however its their for projects. Otherwise the theme and developer deserves a 5 star.

Great theme, flexible without being overly complicated. Few things were tricky to find and change however ypromo answered promptly with clear instructions.

Masonry images are full sized; bad for photography, as they load full-res. Takes forever to load, but comes packaged with retina plugin to make images larger...Documentation is minimal.Plugins do not activate in child theme. You must activate the main theme & install packaged plugins before using child theme. Not mentioned in documentation.EXIF data not read on images; important for photographers.Image descriptions not utilized at all. Bad for SEO, bad for crediting places/people in photos as needed.Performance is not in the front of mind here; for a premium theme that costs 60 bucks, I expect quality and performance to be of the utmost priority...clearly not the case here...hopefully these things will be addressed in an update.

Novo Demo theme is now working--it had nothing to do with the server configuration but the size of my current website. There should be a disclaimer that if you have a large existing photography website, that you should delete all of your content first, so the demo installation will work.

This is a great theme. Its beautiful, and once you get the hang of it, pretty easy to manage. Above all, the support from the team is fantastic. I bother them a couple times a week, and they always respond within a few hours and are very helpful. If its a feature they dont currently have, they will take your request into consideration for future versions. I will look to them first for any future themes I may need.

Hello, a presale question…. When I check out our demo and a gallery like MASONRY ( https://promo-theme.com/novo/gallery/masonry/col-4-wide/ ) I can see categories. Some questions concerning this 1. The mouse over effect shows up a title for each image / thumbnail. Where are the titles coming from? Are these the names and description of the images or are the images categorized in “portfolios” or “galleries”? 2. Is there a way two have sub-categories and make them visible/filterable? For example I have three main categories like “Studio Photography”, “Street Photography” and “Projects”. And the category “Project” has two sub-categories like “Random Stuff” and “Outtakes”... Can I have such sub-categories? Best and thanks Peter

As a photographer, I really like this theme. There is a great amount of flexibility and the custom features are great.The reason why I'm giving this 5 stars, though, is for customer support. It is inevitable that there will be incompatibilities from time to time, but the support was fantastic and was completed in short order.

I was in love with this theme ! So beautiful ! I've worked a month on it and as I was ready to release it completely this week but I met a bug. I wrote for support. They don't seem to understand my issue. I've sent screenshot of the issue and support asked for my WordPress password (!). Seeing no other solutions, I gave it, but they still couldn't find a solution, I don't feel that they took the time to understand my issue. My website was with the "dark mode". In some pages it changes for the "light mode" (which I don't want) even thought all the settings are set to dark. Nobody in the support team helped me : They kept saying to switch my mode to dark which I did and nothing changes, my background is still white with no way to change it to black. I'm really disappointed by the lack of support with my issue. :(
