5-stars for everything - trust me, this author is the very best. I have used other eCommerce themes, like eMallShop (worst customer service ever and according to Avast, malware is embedded in demo), CruxStore (the author seems to have disappeared because comments are never answered)and a few other themesXtocky is the best value for the money. Don't even bother to look for anything better. I love the features in this theme and the way the author handles support.

The customer support is amazing. I had an issue with one of the menus and the developer fixed it within a couple of hours. Amazing!

Hi, I have an issue where when a non logged-in user try and leave a review they get the message “Error: : please fill the required fields (name, email).”. I have switched to a different theme and I don’t get the error and the review gets posted. It’s not worth to extend my support for one-two simple questions the year. Those questions have to do with the functionality of the theme, not with fixes issues or custom solutions. Please learn the diference and reply to your customers, they trusted you and bought your theme.

The theme is good looking and the support is really great. Because this great support I will future upgrade my support plan for this theme and I wish you guys to update this theme to the next marketing level.I have bought some themes here on Envato but this is one of the best, I think is the best.

Can a member in BuddyPress sell items direct from his profile or even the group page? Any Buddypress pages in your demo? 3. Can WooCommerce Bookings be integrated and can a member book another member from BuddyPress individual or group profile? 4. Can Elementor be used in the three mentioned themes? 5. Can your themes be fully integrated with Dokan and BuddyPress? 6. Would it work with myCred? 7. Can it work with WooCommerce Simple Auctions? 8. Any Vendor list page for all demo sites? In wp bakery the pikoworks element “Product Carousel” is not working correctly, I’m using Product style 03 and Carousel style Version 2 and the product image change on hover is working in only left side of the big image right side its not getting the hover change.

Hi, after uploaded dummy content on webpage with sunglasses, slider revolution is shifted to left side. There is blank space around 200px from right. Even if i created new slider again blank space appear. https://ibb.co/23gQCsM Where is the problem ? Thank you.

Design is very nice and support is really good. The support help me to change de language in french. This template Just have a few default for the french.

I made a research in the comments section about an issue. Some people have the same issue with me in my website, “is loading twice”. I found the bug. In Xtocky Options, at Typography section, if you change the default Font Family, the theme apply the “WebFontConfig” script in the header. That script cause the “loading twice” issue. I wish the developer take this bug seriously and fix it.

This theme has everything I want in a theme. The possibility to change the location of the product images and the flexibility to change the entire products pages makes this theme one of the best I have come across.Great customer service! Quick respons!
