People need websites because they running a business. ITS BEEN 1 FUCKING WEEK and STILL NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT. Is this a fucking joke… your theme is NOT user friendly and everything is all over the place.
Why ask to email you if you don’t respond to emails…
I WILL REFUND THIS THEM IF I CANT GET ANY PROMT HELP FROM SUPPORT

Hi, I have just purchased this theme and installed in WP to use with Elementor, the templates for pages do not show in the template library of Elementor.

Bought this theme days, ago, I you know what the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” after installing demo is still here. As I can see this a 4 month problem which apparently as not been corrected. I am still waiting that support find the solution otherwise I will ask a refund.

Hi, after installed demo data. Wordpress showed “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message in admin area. We bought Coach theme.

WHY AM I GETTING THIS ERROR EVEN AFTER PURCHASING?
There is a new update of LearnPress. You may need to update your theme (Coacha) to avoid outdated template files.

We had problems loading the theme and getting all of the demo media loaded. It took many tries over about a week.We also kept losing access to the site because 1 of the plugins (probably WPBakery) was messing with the WordPress Admin Role and kept deleting it. We just left it with all the default Roles and did not change anythingNow we are unable to access 2 of the main Homepages that we were planning to use as templates to build our site.To add to this we sent 2 emails to the support group over the first week and as of now (about 2.5 weeks since initial purchase), we have ZERO response from support.VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

can you update theme to prevent any more errors after installing. Im on the edge for buying but I dont want to have to wait for support if item is broken.

It took several tries but support was right on it. Give support thumbs up. the "one click install has issues so they have to do it manually" BUT they got it working quickly. Wil now try the theme.
