There are a few problems with this template and i am unable to get a response. it is very complicated your support ticket system. i tried support three days ago but did not receive a response yet. i am unable to modify the header images behind the bread crumb. i don’t want to use it but there is no way to take it off. the background image covers most of the page and not needed. you have to scroll down everytime to see the product. how do i get rid of the background image?

Hate to say this but Im having a LOT of issues with this theme and im unable to connect to your support portal, it just isnt loading. See issues below: 1. The logo would not update 2. Cannot select theme because it only shows one default theme without an option to change it. 3. The imported demo is not exactly like it appears in your demo. There’s more but lets cross this first. Hi I installed new theme update version 1.1.4 and the Yith wishlist plug-in mess up the theme. Please check and fix. Why the yith plug-ins (compare, wishlist) are must have？ can I just disabled them if don’t need them?

Hi your support system is not working, can not log-in or reset password, and you do not reply to email? it really make me worry. The theme has some major bug for months. Such as does not show price in shop page in mobile device, and cart page cannot is missing discount title when should. Need to fix soon.

I created another issue using your support system however nobody replied to my request more than 48 hours and it does not appear that anybody will. Anyways, another issue using the mobile. the shop and product categories load empty pages. I need someone to help me urgently how i will use the web site template fully if i used the mobile template.

So, I don't find this theme easy to use. It's beautiful, for sure. I submitted three support tickets for help and received a "you've reached your maximum number of submissions". Don't advertise such a "generous" package including 6 months of support if a person can't submit requests for help. Ridiculous.
