We installed the theme but “Revolution Slider” revsliders / main-slider.zip “import error.” we get this error and the slider is not working. We install the theme correctly, but we get such an error in the import part, urgent help is needed.

Hi, My website keeps having the same issue as before, the “get.a quote” or “contact form” and attaching the file has never function properly. You could see from my support email history that I asked repeatedly and the person assisting me, just kept repeating the same answer. I finally gave up but now I’m having more issues. The first time I paid for support I didn’t get a concrete solution, now I would have to renew support help, but I don’t want to go through the same issue, where I’m sending screenshots, login info, etc… and I don’t get a clear solutions to my issue. Lastly, now the revolution slide doesn’t work so I removed it from the website. Please let me know how I can get some real assistance.

could you please check the vulnerabilities issue with the themerex addon v1.71.38 – ithemes is throwing out this: ThemeREX Addons – Remote Code Execution!

Change footer layout from english to france on a homepage for the new language, i made a footer for france with WPML , but i can’t select the new france footer layout , only the englsh can be selected ??

Not only is this a great Wordpress theme with excellent value for money. yet also customer support is superb!
I couldn't be any happier because thanks to expert advice received quickly, even digital immigrants like us here got managed to understand the instructions and fix all problems.
