I got the theme but now it is broken... I Cant select playlist or channel on posts, When I disable woocommerce the select works fine and show me the channels and playlists.. Is this a known problem?

This theme has too many bugs and is unusable. I am requesting my money back as this theme is not a professional theme as it's too buggy.

Hello, I have some issue about the styles, I cannot upload theme, I had received the message telling me that the style.css is missing

So I tried the theme for a week. You need a Themeco account to have update. When you define sidebar size the actual size doesn't match. I don't know what's the point with breadcrumbs that doesn't show category. Are you aware with SEO ? Cornerstone is probably the worst theme builder I ever seen with no useful blocks. The zip has like 30 plugins... I really wasted my time and my money. If you run a serious business don't use this template.

This theme is really nice, it allows you to customize many features, and technical support is very generous, and works great.I feel comfortable with this design and technical support

Excellent WordPress video theme, very flexible, stable, with a lot of options. I use it on 2 websites already, the first one bought 5 yrs ago!* * * Trying to see if this is a bug. I updated to TrueMag 4.3.2 and I noticed that Video series page is not working. I just love this theme. This theme has already a lot of features which is way beyond than we think. Also, the support team is very corporative in terms of help needed or in adding the new features.

I've only had this theme for a few weeks and I'm a wordpress novice, but so far I'm really enjoying the experience I'm having with the True Mag theme and I'm excited about it's potential.

This is a great looking theme, very unique in style and features - but best thing is the excellent support, and namely - Rose She has been very patient, informative, attentive and you can see she wants to help and not just sees you as a 'problem' to solve and move on to next customer.Theme adjusting can be very frustrating for first timer, but when you get the 'hang of it', you do it faster and with confidence.Rose hase very helpful and patient, as some issues were my misunderstanding as a beginner - I learned a lot from the support in general, and Rose in specific.Thank you for your help - you really made the difference!This is a great looking theme, just add your logo, decide your home and video layout, fonts etc - and all is good to go. of course you may want to see the detailed documentation and make use of more features.Thank you cactusthemes - keep up the good work!

Too many bugs, sliders just showing short codes. Reliant on visual composer so changing theme to another is complicated as lots of dead short codes left behind. Just a mess. Avoid!

Too many helpful plugins break this theme and it is a nightmare to try and reinstall. It's a waste of money.

Although I picked Design Quality, I would give 5 stars also for all other features too! The template is amazing for video, VOD website. Once you get to know it, its very powerful!Well done to the creators!

When combined with the "YouTube WordPress plugin - video import" on codecanyon.net ... this becomes one of my favorite wordpress templates to build sites with.

Very Good Theme Just 4 Stars because its not standard woocommerce css suport. Somehow I got trouble with other pure woocommerce plugins using togehter with this them.

Hi there! I wanted to ask for help in hiding the sub-menu icons (chevrons) using CSS… I couldn’t locate the element to [display:none] Could you tell me what the css selector is for that left chevron on every submenu item? thanks!

Besides being a one reply every 24 hours. I had a problem with my video playing then stopping then restarting again. they fixed it about a year ago. Now they updated the code on the php page they gave me to replace and now its no longer works to fix the starting then restarting problem now it starts and just stops. I asked the author to please update the code to the current code and send me the file I will install. My support ran out and due to Evanto not grandfathering customers that bought the theme before they changed the support to pay, The author of Truemag said they will not support me because my support expired renew they said and we will support you. The problem being this is a bug. all they had to do is work the fix into the new code changes and give it to me. but NO they will not support a BUG in the program. So now I'm forced to remove this them and find another one. $41.30 for adding support to a $59 theme is highway robbery anyway. Stay away from themeforest Themes

I can recommend the True Mag theme to everyone who is in search for a modern looking and well designed theme. Theme options:+ The theme options section is comprehensive with many features and options for fine tuning.Recommendation: There is still work to improve. The more choices the better for the customer. I'm confident that in the next updates that follow the theme builders will try to incorporate even more functions as standard options in the back end, like extra options for font and colour choice of buttons, footer menu positions, etc...So far I found no theme with a theme options section that fulfills all wishes without having the need to ask for support. However, the theme options section of this theme comes close.Why not 4 stars instead of 5 if there is still room for improvement?Support:+ The support is excellent and turns my rating into a 5 star rating. The True Mag team will help you with all your questions via their ticket support section of their website within 1 or 2 days. They either help you find what you've overlooked in the back end, or provide you custom CSS code what you can easilly place under the theme options section. + The True Mag documentation will help you as well to figure out how to optimise your theme. Very detailed.I'm definitely considering to extend my support service for an additional 6 months if the supports stays of the same high quality level as it is now. In case I need to customise certain parts of my website, I will also consider to use the expertise and services of their team.
