Thank you for writing in. It seems you’ve modified the style files and other core files of the theme too – which is not advisable. The changes will be lost when you update the theme to a newer version in the future.
So we request you to reset the theme and install fresh then change the designs etc as you need only by using theme’s theme option features and not by changing the codes itself. Hope this will work.
If this doesn’t work, kindly email us a temporary login details of the site and we’ll look into this.

This just doesn't work like any other theme I've ever used. Every time I try to customize something it breaks. I email in for support, and though they get back quickly, the solutions they provide don't actually solve the problems. This is a very janky theme.
