Hello, I want to get a refund for the theme because it is difficult to work with, it has taken me nearly 1 month to design the website because the theme is not as simple as other themes one can easily edit from theme options or WP Bakery, and each time i submit ticket it takes your team several days to response to a simple ticket. i am tired and wants to move on. the message i added to a ticket since two days ago is yet to be attended to

Hello, we’re using ShieldGroup and have just upgraded from 1 to 1.1.2.
The process went find and we could upgrade most included plugins – apart from WP Bakery, that’s still stuck on version 5.4.7. We’re told we need to add a licence if we want to update the plugin.
Is this normal, or should it be able to upgrade WP Bakery as well?

Theme is compatible with MailChimp, it doesn’t included in theme package but you can easily install it from WordPress repository since it is free:

Form in theme are implemented using Contact form 7 plugin:
