But we found a css Bug in the header display when prices or cart are disabled or in catalog mode!

There are at least 5 bugs I had to resolve with the support team, but the help was good and fast (from other time zone though - India?), and always did the resolving job. Do not worry about sending them access to your FTP and shop admin. Maybe you need to ask for their IP in some case to give them access rights to the server. Anyway, the most ugly bug was this, so test it for yourself: The product image of the first item duplicate for the other items in the Order confirmation page after finishing and paying the order of three different products.
So long and do not get drawn back, it is a good theme overall.
