I'm difficulty customizing this theme. I submitted a support ticket and received one very short unclear response from your support. They did not answer any of my questions. Very disappointing customer service. I just resubmitted a new ticket. Please answer my questions or direct me to the documentation which describes the answers.

I've purchased dozens of themes on Themeforest and this has been my worse purchase yet. It might look nice as a demo, but once you try to edit any page you'll be battling against all manners of obstacles. There are different spacers for each device that you have to configure. Move one spacer, and the whole page loses formatting. The text doesn't flow properly, images are almost impossible to align and size - it's a nightmare. I spent a whole day (and I am an experienced Wordpress user) trying to layout a home page - and gave up. The support is non-existent. I got a reply after four days that completely misunderstood my issue and advised me to read the documentation - in very poor English. This is the only theme that I have ever asked for a refund - and I didn't even get a reply to that. There are many better festival themes than this - don't get fooled by the pretty demo...

Literally cant install anything, and email is unanswered, im sure his other product is a scam product too.

Hi, Bad header and logo in mobile verision.Difficult to implement, you need constant help.Not clear answers.
