This theme is not compatible with new WP, so it forces you to use old WP version which has security issues, so it’s dangerous to use this theme! Please release update to fix it.

Hello! I am trying to access support but getting a page not available error. Just purchased and installed the theme but the theme options panel does not work. Many broken links and none of the functions will work. Need some help.

A lot of things don't work, such as google map marker, hide a row on backoffice, etc and the support doesn't show the will to fix it.

Hi Where can I find the steps to update theme? having issues I can’t click on Francisco Theme Options clicks don’t work. or how can I remove it and reinstall it with out losing anything? Thanks

I finally review my rating to two stars. After I had initially had to beg for help with the installation of demo content, (and the team from tonaTheme helped me only after I had put up a one-star-review), I have notified them about the fact that a main menu item doesn't link to anything if it has is a sub-menu-item. That means: if you remove the sub menu item from a main menu item, the main menu item becomes linked again and it will take you the the page or blog post or custom link behind it. Over a week has passed and I have heard .... nothing. Instead, they are giving me the runaround "oh, I didn t see the message" or "we will notify you". This is a major bug and you can even see this in their demo here online. |-: -Marius

Widgets are broken, revolution slider doesn't show, instead it shows a bunch of code, there are 2 map widgets and neither of them show and lastly even the contact form doesn't show properly, the labels are there but the inputs fields are not there, neither is the submit button. There is map on contact page and 2 maps on homepage but nothing displays.​ Tried to add a support ticket but it their website give me an error "The purchase code provided was not properly validated." while I am using the correct purchase code. Waste of my time.

Revolution slider is inside the theme but is not active because i don’t have the purchase code. where i can find it?

My mobile site is not working correctly I don’t know if there is an update that is needed. Please help ASAP
