I purchased this product by mistake ( I needed a Shopify theme) and I contacted customer service to get a full refund as I cannot use this theme at all.
Now they refused my request straightaway and robbed me with $18 . It is not about the money it is about providing a good customer service and I had a genuine reason to get the refund.
I have never purchased anything on this website and I will never ever do this again. I will warn other buyers on various review websites to avoid Envato Market and Themeforest as you will be scammed by unknown theme providers.
IT IS DISGUSTING!
