This theme looks stunning in the preview but is slightly misleading when it comes to the images. For example "buy now" and "discover now" buttons are just edited into the pictures. I also found some bugs in the code like misspelling "false" which didn't allow me to disable the newsletter footer. These are easy fixes (on my part) but I shouldn't have to fix them.These things would never be enough to make me discredit the theme but it leads to a death by papercut. Each little thing added up for me to take notice and finally switch to someone else.After I experienced another theme which did not have as many small issues I then understood more of the problems I faced when using this theme and some of its limitations.Overall this theme is not bad and if you have the money I would even give it a try but it could use some refinement which I see them working on. The support was ok and on par with what I would have expected. But the refinement comes at a pace that I wish would have been a little faster before I switched.

Hi do I change the image /icon for the button that goes to the top of the page when I have reached the bottom of the page?

I want a refund. Just purchased the theme but it won’t upload. Tried to fix it, but every step of the way there is something missing. I really am unhappy about this.

The Vela support has been incredibly helpful with custom support work on the theme and also to edit the CSS of third-party apps. The code is of very high quality. The out-of-the-box theme is already very nice, and if you consider adding more features at a small fee, it's nice to know that these developers will do a great job!

The documentation provided wasn't super thorough, so I had a lot of questions while customizing the template. Their customer support was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, however. I'm incredibly happy with the theme - it was a great design base for me to tailor to my brand - and despite not being clear on some of the customization aspects after reading the instructions, I was very happy with the level of support provided to help me through installation and customization.

Easy to use, plenty of documentation and when I asked some questions for minor changes, I received an email 5 minutes later with screenshots showing exactly what changes to make to the code for what I wanted. Pretty Outstanding!

This theme is amazing! It integrates perfectly with Shopify and is beautiful. It offers many features without having to add numerous additional and monthly fees to my store. This is how it should be. The documentation is excellent and it’s pretty flexible. Customer service is super fast to respond to my questions and helpful. Well worth it. Thanks

The demo is very different from what you receive The documentation on the theme is incomplete and very out of date and their customer support is lousy. More than half a month and they have never responded. I want my money back

In order to change the logo size on mobile, you have to pay an extra 40$. This is hilarious and I wouldn't recommend you to buy this theme. It looks amazing, but the service and customizability is a big NOOO!

I have a few pre-sale questions if you assist me? Q1) I’m looking at MegaShop 4 – the header and footer are the styles I like, but I prefer the way you have designed the product grid (Category View) & single product page from in Furniture 1. Is it possible to use MegaShop 4 header & footer, but the main body content of Furniture One? Q2) Or, are you able to make the changes to MegaShop 4 Grid Category Page and Single Product Page so that it matches Furniture 1? Q3) Also, I cannot see anywhere on MegaShop 4 – the ability to increase/decrease the number of products per row (front end). Ideally I’d like to show (5) products per row irrespective of left sidebar. And, I’d like to show the ICONS needed for the customer to increase/decrease the number of products per row. Is this possible?

Sadly the customer support was not helpfull at all. When I asked a question about something the response was "Sorry we can't help you" or they sent me some links to a Shopify customer support which had nothing to do with my problem. I think the code quality is also not really good and the theme looks totally different on different browsers. Buttons are suddenly on different places etc. No it's time for me to look for a new and better theme.

Hey- I am really interested in your theme. One question is that I see in all previews, the images are with light gray background and the images are with transparent background. We dont have transparent background images, can we configure it in the theme without any customization. Also, do you provide any return/refund for upto a month after buying the theme. I am really skeptical until I try for my online shop.

The theme won’t upload and “pls extract packet download from the Themefest and install theme from folder “outstock themes” does not work. Shopify support says that the Layout/Theme Liquid is missing. Please rectify or refund
