The first installation gave problems the site was down.
I asked for support, but I never got an answer.
I had to solve it alone.
I will no longer purchase Vamtam Theme Templates.

Hello, I just purchased Nex. I followed the install instructions to load theme from WP Admin panel, choose file and click install now, but it is directed to a blank page which says: “The link you followed has expired….Please try again”. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello, suddenly my site keeps loading for a long, long, time, all pages including the ones with no slider. While this happens the animations doesnt work. When I deactivate vantam elements (, it stops the infinite loading.

The these for NexFactory indicates that it is compatible with Elementor. I use Elementor Pro, almost exclusively. It is fully compatible with Elementor Pro? Will I have problems? Should I switch to one of your other themes that are designed specifically for Elementor?

Hello, when editing a page with Vamtam Builder, the white box above the slider disappears, I attach a reference video.

Clients are very happy, but, a few days ago there are js errors (adding icon isn’t possible as picker is stuck) and jetpack 12 is breaking galleries. Please act upon it.

I installed NEX theme on my WordPress site for my existing domain. It is licensed. When I get to download the DEMO, I get a warning to only do so on a new site. I have a current ticket opened. I also have a different blank site that I was going to use for staging. It has a “1” after the domain name. Am I licensed to use the NEX Theme and then port it over to the active site?

Great theme but all confusional in the backend. You need spend a lot of time to find a simply settings. All documentations link to other generics themes or plugins installed and there aren't a simply documentation about this theme.

Im sorry but this theme doesn’t support Visual Composer. Have requested a full refund.
Please remove Visual Composer from your description. I hate beaverbuilder…its even worse than Elementor.

This theme is working out really well so far, the design quality is fantastic. One of the only themes I've really been happy about purchasing in the past few months. Mobile functionality is one of the main reasons I purchased it.
