I bought theme Edmix. I need to translate to other languages, primary home page which is created with Gavias. Does anybody know how create translation of home page to other languages?

I am new to Drupal and to using a purchased theme for my Drupal website. The Edmix theme represented a very quick way for us to create a web presence that had a great deal of the functionality we needed. When we wanted to do some small tweaks to help the theme better fit our scenario, including changing some colours to match our new logo and branding, the developers were extremely helpful in directing me, and in many cases, completing the work that needed to be done for me. Being a newbie, this was super helpful. Our project team loves the product we created through using the Edmix theme. It was a wonderful experience that could not be had without their assistance. Hi, We have the drupal 8 version installed on our site. And we are planning to upgrade our site to Drupal 9. Should I purchase a new license to get the drupal 9 compatible modules? What is your recommended way to upgrade from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9 ?
