Hello, my client purchased this theme and it is now throwing a heap of errors related to – Uncaught TypeError: $(...).live is not a function in the onero-main.js file. Are you aware of this and will it be fixed in the update you are working on?

A new theme update is available. Please re-download it. It has many changes, you have to replace all the theme’s folder. Also please make sure to update the plugins included in theme and also update Elle Framework.

Have you noticed that the infinite scroll, even from your demo site, works only for the desktop version? I cheked it at my mobile and tablet and it loads only the first page.

A new theme update is released. Please download it and update your themes. It has important changes.
- Keep a backup of your site/theme.
- After updating the theme, please install all the requested plugins.
- Uninstall Elle Framework as it’s no longer been used for The Simple
- Make sure to have installed the Codeless Framework and Redux Framework.

I can not use this or your other theme AMOS because it is not possible to install the needed plugins not with your wizard or at the normal way.
I always get the same error message:
Download failed. A valid URL was not submitted.
This happens with every plugin …

Hello, we have a question:
1 – We have a problem on most of our internal pages when opened from mobile (https://signatureclinicaboutique.com.br/harmonizacao-orofacial/) as example. You will see that there is a big black space between the last photo and the footer.
Is this something related with theme updates? We are using Version: 1.3.1
or it is something more complicated to fix ?

Good morning,
My client’s website has its theme and all plugin updated and gives us an error when trying to create a blog post. No error message comes out, just leave the page blank nothing comes out. I know it has to do with the subject, as I’ve been testing things on and off and it only works when I turn this off.
Can I have a solution please?

So many built-in options you can alter and add everywhere - easily! With some excellent pre-designed themes it's a joy! I found it a little tricky to understand the initial set up but well worth the little extra time it took - Great support too!

Hi. We chose Onero because we needed a nice responsive theme to sell our art print in Europe, with woocommerce and blog integration. Install was easy but we needed some assistance because we communicate in French on the website. We would like to salute the support team for their reactivity and their help.We are ready to go.

I'm sorry but this theme is garbage. I've tried to work with it on several occasions, there are bugs, next to nothing in terms of support from the authors... I gave up and just came back to the theme to try it again for a new client with simpler needs. Fresh WP install, fresh Onero install, try to load the Photography demo, click "see your new website" and...404.It's garbage. Save your money.

Hello, i’m urgently looking for support on the Onero theme. I’m a paying theme customer. I even paid for extended support on the Onero theme. Unfortunately, the Ellethemes support hub has been inactive for weeks. Impossible to log a ticket or reach the support forum through the usual url. The page says under construction… Please remedy this as soon as possible and provide the necessary feedback and support. Thanks.
