The Fizz design looks amazing, clean and slick! The additional visual composer feature is a lifesaver which makes the site a whole lot easier to customise. On top of it all, their speedy and enthusiastic customer support is superb. They have gone over and above the call of duty to make my site run like a dream. Highly recommended!

Please I need help. I bought my template yesterday. This is the first time I have bought one. I was able to do the installation but I have problems. It does not let me I cannot edit appearance of the design gives me an error. Sorry my English is very bad. Speak Spanish. Can someone help me? Thank you !

I'm leaving this negative review with the intent of informing other folks that come to this theme the same way that I did.A friend recommended the theme after I said that I was going to be putting together a portfolio. Their site looked great so I wanted to get the same look.I started going through the documentation to read about common issues and see about getting things rolling. I read through installation steps and while things looked a little different, I was able to find the button that said "Upload Theme" on my wordpress.com premium account page so I thought I was good to go. I purchased the theme and went back to wordpress.Unfortunately I missed some fine print. Only Business-tier accounts are able to upload external themes. Business-tier accounts are ~$300 usd a year and I am unable to afford upgrading my plan to use a cool theme.I dug around a bit more to see if there was another way to upload the theme, but alas, there is not with the setup that I have.If you have a wordpress.com account that is not Business tier or higher DO NOT purchase this theme expecting to be able to use it.Otherwise, I recommend doing as much research as possible to make sure that your purchase goes smoothly.I applied for a refund and was informed that I would not get one because of the refund policy. My hope is that this review prevents someone else from bumbling into spending money on a product that they won't be able to use.The theme itself seems great! My friend's portfolio looks fantastic and they said the installation went smoothly through the setup that they have, which uses wordpress's software, but not the wordpress.com site itself.tl;dr: Don't buy this unless you are sure that it will work with your setup. It definitely does not work with wordpress.com accounts if you are less than Business tier.

Hi. This a pre-purchase question: is it possible to show the portfolio filters as a drop-down menu rather than as a line of categories? This theme seems awesome, this is the only function that I would miss

Customization is extremely flexible and easy to use and the theme is great for any discipline. While I’m a graphic designer, I recommended the theme to a photographer friend, and the theme addresses our individual needs flawlessly.The support team is excellent. Responses are extremely helpful, quick, and friendly. It feels like they genuinely want to help.If you’re in need of a portfolio, I can’t recommend this theme enough.

Pre-Purchase Questions: Hi, I would like to know if the single portfolio pages can be password protected. I am asking this because it turns our some theme don’t support this on portfolio pages, only on pages and posts. Could you please confirm? Kind regards

I have used 3-5 different over 40$ WordPress theme, the Royal Flush's products are the best so far.1. You can adjust almost everything that you can see on the pages 2. The author replied promptly for my bunch of questions. 3. Also fully supported to build my site.A strong recommendation.

Can not recommend this theme and more importantly Royal-Flush enough! I knew nothing about Wordpress and was supported every step of the way, the customer support went above and beyond the call of duty, very prompt replies and very friendly. The theme is fully customisable and looks great on all devices, chuffed with the results.

I've been waiting over a month for some sort of actioned reply to what should be a fairly simply support question. Only answers I've had back are telling me it will be looked into. Need an answer asap and I'll happily update my review as the theme is lovely despite the support behind it.Original ticket was 1st March.

It's simply the best theme that I bought at Themeforest. The customizer is reaching perfection. I have never seen these possibilities in any other theme. It's simply awesome. By far my number 1 theme.
