I downloaded this theme on 7/31 and have had nothing but trouble. Installation errors continues to occur, even after I involved my tech team. None of the plugins will install.I’t not as simple and easy as the description states and what Im able to read here (which I did not do before purchasing), I don’t share those sentiments alone.

Absolutely stunning and modern theme, easily and highly customisable with Visual Composer. This theme is a most for hosting companies, but also useful for other IT companies with just the stock images in place.I cannot fault the support as I had troubles with getting the Mega Menu looking a certain way, and after speaking with Anna from the support team, she has fought thick and thin with the issue and been an absolute pleasure to have work on the problem. So the customer support is fantastic, I have never had someone as dedicated as Anna, so thanks again.Thank you so much for your help and for such a wonderful product! Will definitely be looking at fox-themes in future for other projects.

Lot of other issues i am finding, for example the child theme (after having to fix the initial install “send this to you in an email”) but the CSS overrides don’t override default styles…. have to !important them. Also, and hate to say it but the styling for layouts like header and its elements are not great dude! all fixed positions etc… it could easily been fixed up so responsive instead of having to manually set overrides for break points…

We have problems with the visual editor, it always presents the page in text format. Can you tell us how to fix this problem?
We also entered the wp-config.php line
Define (‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); But without any results

This theme very good example for "How Envato DEAD"
- Uncomplete theme, even a simple and common functions didn't worked. Change header color for example .
- Stupid support: they never return u back and the reason is: Our ticket system is down-> so how about envato support? No we will ignore you and keep selling to OTHER VICTIMS
- And a silent from Envato: they will do nothing to help you because this is THEIR ELITE AUTHOR. hahaBuy this theme and join me for my video "How Envato Dead"

Hello there,
Please submit a ticket with temporary admin credentials and FTP access and we will check the reason of the errors and get back to you with solutions. Looking at your first screenshot, I can definitely say that it is caused by some server configuration not by the theme.
