Hi! I bought this theme a few day ago but WPBakery doesn’t work. The plugin says that there is an update but I can’t do it. How could we update WPBakery? Because it’s not working until we activate it. Thanks you.

Theme is good but support is very bad. 5/7 days at least until they answer.. It's very hard cause you need like 1 month to solve one simple thing.

last two days ago iw as submitted support ticket still no reply.
