I purchased the theme today because the theme seems to be very good as per their detailed descriptions. Firstly i faced lot of difficulty to install it. Very confusing theme. Author mentioned visual composer premium version available with the theme, but its not there, instead some other page builder, asking you to spend $45 to get premium version. Its really unacceptable. After installation the site working very slow. I am really disgusted with the theme and feels like i wasted my money. Theme developer, see if you can support me to fix this, it will be a great help.

Plugins are out of date and got bugs from the start. Seems like it has good features but the experience so far has been disappointing.
Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home-9 not found.
Maybe you mean: 'shop'

Hi, whenever I choose “Default sorting” on the product page it crops the image of the products, If I select any other sorting works just fine, can you help? )by the way the settings are set to not crop anything)

I can’t install this template, every time i trying to upload the theme from cpanel it always show notification ” The file you uploaded, clever-swatches.zip, contains a virus so the upload was canceled: Sanesecurity.Foxhole.Zip_Js_Js.UNOFFICIAL FOUND ” then because of that cant running the demo

This theme is great. It looks beautiful, is quiet easy to customize (sometimes you need a little bit of css knowledge to get where you want) and gives the customer a good shopping experience. Also, the support answers very quickly and is very friendly and helpful. Awesome!

Pre-sale question – On your demo, on mobile, the products in shop are shown 1 by 1, ie only 1 image per row. Is it the default setting? Most often, it’s 2 products per line. Manageable?
