Hi, I find it very hard to customize, I cannot find pre-built layout components and I have to manually add styles to everything I want to add. I was expecting something much simpler to customize. Can I request a refund? thank you.

Utterly impossible to use. Way too complicated and far too many template options to sort through. You basically have to insert a LOT of code to get anything to format properly. Completely defeats the purpose of using a template in the first place. Don't waste your money!

The import progress is taking too long for just a 3MB file. Its kind of getting stuck @ 8.7%. Is this normal? Is it expected? I’m hosting on Bluehost.

I have the latest version and that is blocking other plugins. Your theme is removing data-key=”labels” from HTML tags!, all plugings, you should do that only with yours

2. Is there an accordion in the template?
3. Can I set the up button?

The Bold Builder is terrible for this theme. There’s no actual front-end builder. Everything is clunky and you have to preview the page 100 times to view changes. This would be much better with a builder like Elementor or Divi like most themes use.
