the demo content does not come up when installing via ftp and the session has expired when trying to upload theme via wordpress. how do i sort this ?

This theme is nowhere near as flexible as it should be. It's not intuitive to update and incredibly limiting on what interior pages can look like.

hey im having an issue uploading theme it keeps saying link has expired but i just brought again because i thought my old one i brought in 2019 no longer work now i have two that both says the same thing ? how do i sort this all out

Hello,I have downloaded this theme, and uploaded it to my Wordpress site. However when I try to import the demo content, I get a Fail to Import Media error and also a message saying that the WIDGE, CUSTOMIZER and REDUX files are empty... hence my website does not look like the AOKO theme at all... I have tried to look for help everywhere and nothing seems to work The page is naikira.com and if you enter you will see that even after activating AOKO and uploading demo content it doesn’t look like the purchased theme

Very cool theme, and interesting page builder setup. Seems like it would be a great theme to use to build a site from scratch. However nothing worked for me. I couldn't set up the home page, the videos didn't show up (they did when I clicked the link), the SVG images didn't show up, I couldn't even change the background color. I attempted to import demo content, but that didn't do anything. Other basic options didn't seem to exist, such as resizing the logo or changing a highlight color. Unfortunately, since I am working on an existing site, it didn't seem to be able to support all the pages I have, and will not be using the theme.
