I have bought many themes and gecko is easily the best I have found. It has many built in options that you would usually have to pay for and has a great clean minimalist style with lots of options. The customer service goes above and beyond to help you, Sarah has been especially helpful for me as I am not so good with coding. They are very fast to reply and help with any issues. A good theme is one thing, but with brilliant support behind it, it becomes a great theme. I purchased 7 themes from "Envato" in my quest to find the right one. I spent countless hours trying to make each one perfect, but ALL fell short of my expectations. Every theme had several small "problems", and when I asked support to help they all wanted "Customization fees" to fix the issues.Finally when I was about to give up and just make due with the best one I had found.....I decided to purchase the "Gecko" theme. I chose "Gecko" mainly because it had good reviews and many sales. FINALLY!! The "Gecko" theme is perfect! It takes a little getting used to, as there are so so many ways to customize the theme. The reasons why I bought this theme due to its several advantages: 1. have the 5-7 product page, and each page is designed really good; 2. this theme has large freedom to create the webpage you really need. Also, I LOVE this style with perfect pixel; 3. Some page detail really good, which can help your shop attract and keep more customers, not important, it can save your creating time; 4. Its responsive function is quite good, that's another important metric that I like this theme. Although, there are some bugs or problems, its customer service is very fast and patient.

I recently purchased this theme to use on an e-commerce website. The theme editing manager is built quite intuitively; I haven't run into the function "walls" that you tend to experience with half-baked themes. What really stuck out to me, however, was the helpfulness of The4's support staff. I experienced a simple design problem (due to my own error), which they quickly resolved through a screen-sharing session. I would absolutely buy a product from The4 again.

Great theme and support. Henry and Sarah are quick to respond. While they might say at first that the theme doesn't support some customisations, and if you get past the languange issues, you will eventually get to the answer. And they will answer your question promptly. The support portal is great and easy to use. The theme itself has lots of options, and I've turned several off, but it has almost everything I could ask for. I gave 5 stars, but a few issues: * Some of the English is a little off on the theme. You have to hunt around to fix it * I wish there was better integration with some plugins. The dynamic (Ajax) carts are fantastic, but require a little finessing to get new functionality working. * As mentioned, their English is ok. Not the best, but if you have some patience, you can get what you want.

Although I still need to purchase a few more apps to get my store running but if your store is not too complicated, this theme is good enough for you.Other than that, their customer and technical support is always helpful and the turnaround time is considerably very quick.As a developer you would always face problems but they tend to help you out as much as they can.Highly recommended for all sizes of stores.

Excellent full-featured theme - and even better is the customer service and support. I would give 3 stars for this theme. If you want something perfect, there are lot of issues. Out of the box, I had to to a lot of modification in the code. to have everything as I want. And as i am not a dev.. it took time. But the theme is not really expensive, and almost everything could be change. Therefore, I give 5 stars because the support always responded in 2 hours max, with answers to my questions. They are very good.
