Hello, I use the Theme with the Version 1.0.6 and WPBakery Page Builder 6.4.2 with WordPress PHP 7.4. The Theme dosen’t work with the WPBakery Page Builder 6.4! Please help me. Do you have an update?

!!!!! Never buy this theme is out of date and CPU usage is too much. Don’t waste your money. They refused my refund. Support is zero!

I am having issues with contacting you via support forum https://paul.ticksy.com/ .I was trying to submit a ticket to resolve an issue with KONS theme for our website but I could not submit it as it gives me following error. “Sorry the purchase code is for different Envato product”. I am 100% sure that I am using the right purchase code which I got from Envato Theme Downloads section. Please assist as I have much more critical issue to be addressed for which I have to attach the screenshot as well.

Hello can you help me with the WPbakery update issue? It says contact the theme developer to provide the latest version of wpbakery. Because when I add photo to page of post using wpbakery the insert photo section is connected to the media but when choose the photo and click insert then it never get insert. Please help in this isuue.

Really bad portfolio solution. Definitely the worst i have ever used. Should be easy to use, its not, so damn many steps to add one portfolio item, not friendly at all. For example i add an item to portfolio, i choose category and that should be it. On references page there should be just categories shown and automatically objects under the categories not that i have to enter again all the information and links and headlines etc. Too bad, it looked good at first, but its a big disappointment.

Im talking about “kons home page 3 image tabs”.
I edit this module with 4 images and 4 headline items but on the front-end it doesn’t switch between images on click.

Just a quick question, I’m looking to purchase this item, but I see that latest update is in mars and no more updates since then.
How will the bundled plugins keep it up with the latest version? Update backend or how?
