Hi there, I created a website in English and Chinese. I have set up two menus. One in English and one in Chinese. The purpose is to show the English one when on English pages and Chinese menu when on Chinese pages. However, I didn’t find that the inidvidual pages are allowed to select a menu for that page. So now I can have one header page. So even I am on an English page, I am stuch with the Chinese header menu. Would you please let me know how to resovle this? Thank you very much! Best regards, Sam

Hi, Your hosting may have some incompatibility, PHP Version (max 7.2), some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/signflow/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems? If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 15USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview. MANUAL INSTALLATION DEMO IMPORT 1) Activate the theme. 2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress. 3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it. 4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one. 5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user). 6) Select “Download and import file attachments”. 7) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message. LISTS – POST-TYPES 1) Select the file demo-list-name.xml(ex.demo-list-1.xml) and click Upload file and import. 2) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user). 3) Select “Download and import file attachments”. 4) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message. THEME SETTINGS 1) Go to Apparence > Theme options > Customizations. 2) Open the file export.json with a text editor, copy all text and paste it into “Apparence > Theme options > customizations > Import settings” area and click “Import now”. REVOLUTION SLIDER 1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin. 2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import. 3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it. ASSIGN THE MENU 1) Go to Appearence > Menu. 2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo. 3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it. 4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually. 5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links. Awesome theme with great design and functionality, only some culprits especially when using the fullpage layout. Partly not happy with support. When you plan to use the fullpage layout you should prepare to make customizations in the source code, since some Fullpage.js features are either 1) not really built in / compatible or 2) bugged / not implemented correctly or 3) just not thought through / bad UXAll in all still really happy with the theme. The included page builder is by far better than Visual Composer or Cornerstone etc. Also, it is easily extendable since it's built on Schiocco's Wordpress Theme Framework, which I'd love to see further development for.

Hi there, I have installed the Signflow (child) theme version: 1.0. I love the cleaness of your theme very much! One quick question on CSS. I tried to use WordPress Additional CSS to add the following lines hoping to change the color and font size of the “mailto” email address text. The font size part works. However, the mailto link just stay the same light purple blue color. Would you please let me know how to change the mailto link text color? Thank you very much! Theme has a lot of options and flexibility. But what I liked the most is the customer support, I run up in some issues and wrote the support and problem was fixed almost instantly. Thanks for great product and amazing support.

Awesome cusotmer support. Very helpfull and reponse in minutes :)The Template is also very very good, exceland "Composer" at the beggining You have to get used to that, but its gives You multiple possibilities. The template itself looks ultra modern and each components making together good looking content.5/5 starts :D

Hi, I have got the Theme from themeforest. I have tried to upload the Demo. But in the HOME page the page is loading only. nothing is displayed. Please help.

Just installed it on WP 5.9.2 and it was working – but after the Demo Import (which returned with Success), if I try to access my website, it crashes with “There has been a critical error on this website.” I’m not able to view my website anymore and I can’t make the Demo Import undo. I have to activate any other WP-Template, then at least my site is up and running again. How can I fix this?

Using this for our corporate website. This is an outstanding theme with excellent design. The built in composer is better than other tools I've worked with, very happy with the other features and support.
