The theme is very good. When we encounter problems, we can respond in a timely manner. Although we have a time difference of 7 hours, nothing has caused me to feel neglected. The demo site looks really nice, but you will never get your site running like the demo site. For example, the demo site forum has lazyload, and nice looking stylesheet. but your site doesn't work like this way!!

1 star for questionable business practices. Theme is advertised as including updates - but this does not include the 'Heroic Knowledge Base' plugin that the theme relies heavily on. I made three contacts and gave the author two weeks to "make good" on their claim that updates are included and they refused, despite documented bugs with the plugin version provided and lacking features. Regarding the theme itself, after two weeks I've noticed a 20% reduction in traffic and AdSense revenue. I haven't yet determine why but suspect theme lacks SEO optimization.

Apparently a nice Theme, but very few features availables, and very difficult to add, you need to know a lot of html and css code to add them. You are locked and limited by the theme: no flexibility in the home page, no page builder working in home page. and when we ask support how we can costumize anything most of the times we are forwarded to a paid service of wordpress experts https://wpkraken.io/?ref=herothemes with reference to herothemes, I assume they are affiliated.I'm disappointed and I'm having a lot more work than with any other wordpress paid theme where customizing is much simpler for an intermediate user.if you do not have experience in html, css and if you do not want to spend more money with other plugins and support I do not recommend buying this template.

i didn´t like, its easier and much better to creat a support theme with Enfold Theme + awesome-support plugin

The theme works nicely and is quite flexible and robust to changes with other plugins. Also I received good support and all of my questions were answered in a reasonable time and, even more important, with a working solution to my problems. I do have some small feature requests that I forwarded to the theme author. Let's see what happens to those ^_^. All in all the price is fair for what you get.

HelpGuru is one of the best knowledge base products you can buy for such a low price. I've used other products that cost thousands of dollars for the same features that HelpGuru offers. The built in search engine is very fast and accurate. I've tested this product with other commercial WP plugins to enhance the search feature. But neither one was faster or more accurate than the HeroThemes KB plugin that comes with this them. Support is within 24 hr turn around time and very helpful. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good KB product.
