When cursor is moved above category link, the drop down menu start moving up and down in a loop, there is no response on ticket raised for the issue.

Support is very very very very very bad
I am still in the support period and I have the right to inquire and support at any time. I did this already and i sent all required data in conversation, but there is no communication with me

The code quality turned out to be very bad. I have asked the vendor SarahMarket to fix a simple issue. They still not paying attention to me. We have been going back and forth and I took a screen capture of the issue and they still very reluctant to fix the issue.I will be uninstalling the theme to find another one to buy.
