Just bought this theme. Have sertup a clean and up to date (as of yesterday) plugins and theme versions.
I change the background color of menu or page area or Logo or top bar, and no matter what color I set, nothing changes on the page.
I can change size, or menu layout etc and that works, but non of the color options work. I can’t even change the main color. It is always the default setting no matter what I set the colors to.

Second: Why would I ever waste my time to explain once again —all— remaining bugs that I feedback you between 5 to 8 months ago?
May I remind you that —you— declared them as “solved”? (While you perfectly knew they were not).
All my previous tickets are still available. You —just— have to read at them and do your work. How’s that complex?

Everytime I perform a theme update, it crashes my site. I have tried to do it through the Envato Marketplace plugin as well as a manual update via FTP and each way results in a crash and this error. “There has been a critical error on this website.” This has been happening for about a year now. I keep restoring to a backup and then waiting, hoping that the next theme update will correct the issue but the issue is still happening. How can I fix this?

Incredibly complex. I have used a lot of themes in the past and this one does my head in. Ive asked for support (5 tickets) and only had 2 responses in around 4 days. Really unhappy and waste of my money as its a beautiful theme.

Issue with Logo Size:
I have uploaded a 100×100px Logo to use in the centered menu layout.
But the page is showing it as a 50×50px. This seems to be caused by this line in the code:
Why is this the case and where can I change.

I have spent dayyyys to try to get the home page with slider responsive on different devices until I realised that even your demo doesn’t respect the pictures ratio on diferent devices. Do you really call this beeing professionnal on 2021?
My old website wich as been created on a cheap platform is 100% responsive. I am so hangry that I have lost so much time thinking it was my fault.

I bought the theme and I am having one single little issue. On the product page is not well configured. I get a A4 size page with cropped sides. I imported the DEMO content and the problem persistes. Any advice would be very helpful. Appreciate it!

Hello there! I purchased this theme a couple of years ago and unfortunately have only installed it. I’m having a major problem with the portfolios. I keep getting a 404 error when I try to create one and also when I try to view the ones created after importing your content. I saw a couple of other users experienced a similar issue. Would you be able to direct me in how to fix this, please? Thank you.

Customer support is really very slow reply, each time to wait three or four days or longer! And then did not really solve the problem, very disappointed? Many times I spent a long time to solve a problem, a long time after receiving the reply from the subject business, that my site without any problems, if every time this, but also need you doing?

Found the most weirdest bug/issue I have ever seen in my 15 years with wordpres.

Under the slider I have the Portfolio Grid.
Direct example, if I edit the Family Lifestyle Portfolio page, and then change the setting “Dimensions for Masonry – Image Fixed Proportion” to anything other than Large Width/Height…
WHY ON EARTH DOES IT CHANGE THE FRONT HOME PAGE GRID?????
How does changing a setting on a Portfolio page, change the settings on the Home Page Elated Grid?? It makes NO SENSE AT ALL.

Seeing as I cannot submit tickets, will ask here.
For the title area, it is currently set to 260px high and has a parralax background effect. The image I use is 520px high, but when I go to the page there is a gap of around 30px from bottom of title area to the bottom edge of the background image.
What is the ideal height of the background image to use as parralax? Double isnt tall enough, should I be triple, 2.5 times what?
