The site I have is now blank after updating the theme and wordpress and php. I noticed the optiontree plugin (required) is no longer supported. In the theme options menu when making changes I get an error. Website is http://methodicalproductions.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never had such good support!! Amazing template but I needed a few custom tweaks so sent the developer an email. He came back within hours with ALL the answers. Since then he has helped me, without fail, time and time again. Can't recommend this theme enough! Thank you,

This theme is beautiful. It's not the easiest to edit. You will need some very basic knowledge to make changes to the css but in the end it will be well worth it. Not to mention that the customer service people will go above and beyond to help you resolve every problem you may encounter setting everything up. Thank you very much for all the help! I can't recommend this enough. Brilliant. 10/10

First of all this is a really fantastic theme. Can give a very minimal clean look which I love and it has so many useful portfolio options for photo and video. My rating is mainly for the excellent customer support. Even from my initial inquiry before purchase, my queries were answered immediately. After purchase I had a large amount of questions about layout etc and every query I had was dealt efficiently and with patience. Customer support went above and beyond all expectations which meant a stress free experience for me. Highly recommended!

The theme itself is very clean, minimalistic and easy to set up. There is no doubt about the love that was added to the making of theme by the author. The main thing I would like to point out is that the author very quickly solved my requests for a small changes of the theme. Thank you for this and that's the main reason why I really recommend to buy the theme Tempus. // Jan

Great themeSo easy to set, no bugs on every browser i tried it on, very light, a lot of portfolio and blog options, no visual composer complications (which is a great yes to me)I would have loved a few more customisation a color and font setting for the links in the theme options would have been great and a side column gallery for the blog posts.Anyway, If you are a photographer, a videomaker or any kind of artist in search for a simple showcase go for it 100%

So quick update, I got the thumbnails to show up but the titles are in the middle and not the top and the thumbnails are very transparent. Are these able to be changed in the theme settings anywhere? When I try to make an update in “Theme Options” I am seeing this error:
ot_validate_setting was called incorrectly. All stored data must be filtered through ot_validate_setting_input_safe, the on_off option type is not using this filter. This is required since version 2.7.0
I have version 2.7.3 for the OptionTree plugin.

Really loving this theme so far! I'm a total newb when it comes to this. I needed some help fully loading the .xml demo pages, but Mallini was prompt and super helpful in getting things set up. Knowing CSS would help alot with this theme (which I don't), but it makes for a great photography and videography portfolio.
