Finally I found a theme which fits my needs. Easy to customize and very flexible. Friendly and very helpful support.

I've already rated this theme but support have gone above and beyond again to help me get the site to where I need it to be! I'm giving it the highest recommendation possible, well worth the money & purchasing the extended support add-on. The documentation & support pages are helpful + the support team reply very quickly for questions not covered. Thanks once again.

I purchased this theme some years back, after importing the demo version, I tried changing the logo from (Slide Theme Settings) Under Appearance but after uploading my logo and click save. The logo still won’t change, I don’t have any suppport available, but I think there should be a way for solve this problem without paying for extra support, please kindly let me know how to fix this myself. Thanks

Although the documentation is sparse, the customer support is great. They have been available to answer questions about the theme and its settings and provide solutions to issues I've come across. They have even updated their documentation and support page to include items I've found.

Hi and thank you for being interested in Slide theme. Unfortunately, RTL was not implemented for this theme. While you have alignment options for all the Elementor widgets, the theme default styling does not implement RTL.

I bought the Slide theme a few months ago to revamp my music website. As I hadn't looked into Wordpress for years, I was a little overwhelmed by what I could and couldn't do when customizing a theme.I contacted customer support to help me adapt the theme to what I had in mind. I was surprised by the warm welcome and help that Miki provided and stills provides me as I come closer and closer to my vision for the website. Many thanks to him or her! For example, I had an issue with some functionality for the player. He/She created a child theme just for me, so that I could configure the player how I intended! I was amazed by this service! He/She is curious about my needs as a media music producer, which shows an open mind and customer oriented focus. To be honest, I have no elements of comparison to judge the theme itself. I can't say that it is excellent or average, as I have not tried any other premium theme. What I know is that you get what's written on the tin, not less, not more. Except for the service, as mentioned previously, which is really top notch.What I know is that my objective has been reached, and that this is thanks to that's theme technical support. You can´t go wrong getting this template! it is absolutely flawless and in my case, I had encountered some tweak needed to be done. I contacted with Miki on a sunday, I have all the issues solved by monday morning. So not only the design quality but also their support quality is beyond anything else. Hi, I am looking for a solution to have a page with an index of song titles on the left, arranged vertically, and lyrics appearing on the right side corresponding to the selected song.. Probably using tabs, each selected song title would display it’s lyrics on the right side, with a unique background for each song. Probably need to use templates? Do you have any features with this theme, any templates that would facilitate this? Thx
