Great customer support on this theme. I had a few changes that I needed to make to the demo pages and the support team were really prompt in getting back to me and resolving the issues.

Support is slow and not really helpful if you ask questions which are more specific. In this case you everytime receive a not inlcuded answer :-) Not included is a text on a category page. Not included is that the support gave you a hint which effect the use (the code is a mess - perhaps they don't know too). Other tickets are not answered since days. As example in the demo they use wp backery on blog posts but this is not available in the theme. Several errors on the product page, pictures over product description, product description is since the last update full left ... In total it would be no problem to fix this but they don't move !? Beautiful theme and generally well built but users must be aware that it doesn't support 'WooCommerce Additional Variation Images'This means that if your store has color variations, and you have multiple pictures per color, this theme won't support it. For a lot of pro users this is essential functionality so important to know before purchasing.

This theme is awesome, with a lot of possibilities. The customer support is fast and helpful. This is my second Select theme and I am really happy, they never dissapoint :)

Bonjour, Lorsque je cherche à importer la démo, un message d’erreur apparaît comme quoi certains paramètre de mon serveur ne sont pas assez performant (taille maximale de la publication PHP et limite de temps PHP). Cependant, je n’ai pas les compétences pour changer ce réglage. Avez-vous un fichier XML de la démo à m’envoyer ? Ou une autre solution ?
