Hello! If I publish a new post just 1 minute ago (showing the correct time in Wordpress admin), it’s displayed as e.g. “38 minutes ago” on the website. How can I fix so it actually shows the right time on the theme? This is kind of important

They are hard to understand. I created a ticket and they refused it because my issue need major modification but its resolved by only changing a few line of codes and they were basic html/css stuff (no rocket engineering). The heartbreaking part is there were smiler public tickets which helped me to solve the issue. It feels like support person wasn't in the mood to help me or whatsoever.

The Newstar Theme is exactly what we were looking for. There is so much support, from the start there is tons of documentation that walks you step by step how to download the theme, then how to customize your site and also how to use the Bold Builder as well. In addition to that, they have a support site that allows you to ask questions and open a ticket if necessary for questions/answers that are not available in the documentation, this type of support has been a lifesaver for me, as setting up a blog can be overwhelming if you don’t have prior experience. So when I post links to social media websites like Facebook it pops up with a little window preview that people can click to go to said link, but for Twitter it doesn’t? It’s just the link itself… why is that?

The theme is very nice for desktop. But for many big images it is quite annoying to watch on mobile. Looks like it’s not mobile optimized. It would be great if you could make this theme mobile optimized in the next version.

Code quality is bad, really bad, someone else mentioned that too. 583 pages of code inside style.css, themeforest also accepted this is unbelivable! Quality of code : Poor
