There is a long outstanding problem with one click demo installer. Suprising that you do not have a fix available or at least instruction available on how to resolve this problem. I have seen this error complain from many customers and all say that we must submit a ticket. Surely by now this problem should be a transperent fix.

The “theme options” section stopped working. It only shows the general settings and when I try to choose some other option, it stays there.

Any pages with contact 7 forms on them do not work(so FAQ page, the free consultation page, contact us page, etc…) and the page with the team members titles all say they are the president and you are unable to change the titles using the kc plugin even if you pay for the pro version. Which is a bummer because this is an otherwise good theme. But pretty much unusable as is.

It has now been 5 days , TICKET #2344191 only got a note to say they are working on the problem and will advise as soon as it is done . Still waiting, This is unacceptable, Would have been better if they were just honest and said NO SUPPORT and then we as the customer will decide if we want to take the chance or not. Please arrange a FULL REFUND.

Nice theme for a business website. Its comes with lots of features for a consultation business. I also liked the customer support at least they respond within 24 hours. However the theme settings are a bit limited
