It doesn't matter if the theme is fantastic if you don't have an excellent support. So far I'm happy that I have both sides on this purchase. It worths the money!

Issue : Observing below error on adding Mikado Product List widget to a page: PHP Recoverable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in ./wp-content/themes/fiorello/framework/modules/woocommerce/shortcodes/product-list/product-list.php on line 542 WordPress 5.8.2 Haven’t tried on Old version as, we have just launched the website with fiorello theme. Please advise

Also, I get a fatal error from the “fiorello-core” plugin. However, my support is expired and I cannot submit a ticket. Any ideas?

I like this theme, it looks really good. I have had a few issues with plugins and coding but the support team have been able to help and it is really great that they respond in a timely manner and speak perfect English. I can recommend this theme.

I've developed a site for a florist friend. I've tried to configure 3 features.The parameters are well present but the code is not working / not well integrated with WordPress.I've contacted the support to get a fix. According to the support theme answer, it seems that the theme was not updated with the latest WordPress version and/or the latest plugins it relies on...After 5 exchanges, they finally anwser : "We are very sorry for misunderstanding. We will inform our developers about this issue. The fix will be included in our next theme update. ". It was on October 14, 2019 at 11:57am.I don't think I'll never get a fix because they close my ticket even if the theme was never fixed since this time. They just closed my ticket without providing any solution or asking me if I was satisfied.By comparison, I got an issue with WP Forms supports. I get a quick answer. If needed,; they asked access to the WP site to investigate. After 1 week, a fix was available online. So, I think Mikado support is bad and I don't recommend to use Mikado theme because, as far as I understand, their themes not really maintained or, at least, their customer support don't care so much.

The theme does not support WP 5.8, it throws error when entering Widgets in admin area: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_cart() on null in /web/app/plugins/fiorello-core/widgets/woocommerce-dropdown-cart/woocommerce-dropdown-cart.php:137

Since WordPress 5.2, there is a built-in feature that recognizes when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you with this automatic email. In this case, WordPress has found a problem with one of your plugins: Fiorello CORE. Please FIX! Cant edit the widgets.

However, we could not determine where to edit the text in the main slider…, so where can we edit this, since the revolution slider only shows the picture of the flower, but not the other layers such as the text “Send flowers like you mean it and “Sarah”. Please tell us how and where to edit this part of the slider,it is also not described in documentation. regards, mack
