Hi, I have two questions: 1. Is Mindron WP compatible with Elementor Pro builder? 2. How did you put the video in the lightbox in Mindron Home Style 2, because the KingComposer builder, which you offer if I concluded correctly, does not have a light box extension? I will really appreciate the answer to my two questions.

Our support for the Mindron theme has just expired and we have just encountered a problem after updating wordpress this week – first I had the problem the previous comment mentioned and your helpful solution solved this. But now the hamburger dropdown part of menu is not working at all when the site is viewed on a mobile phone, so our recently completed website is unusable. J Query Migrate is showing this error, which I do not know is related or not: https://oliviaboot.com/wp-content/plugins/theme_support_mindron/includes/vafpress/public/js/vendor/jquery.tipsy.js: jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated. The error message says I should contact the theme developer for an update. Please could you let me know if you can solve the dropdown menu problem please? We are happy to pay to extend support for the theme in order to get help, but only if this problem is one that can be solved… Thanks for your advice

Hi Team, We had purchased the Mindron team. With respect to Menu, we had issues in adding sub menu under Main menu which is provided by the theme by default. We had riased earlier the same issue. We observe support for the theme has been expired. Request your help on priority to sort this issue. Will eagerly await a response.

I purchased and installed the theme but when I try to “Import Demo Settings” it doesn’t complete the process. Ticket #2756194 Please reply quickly as I need to get the site working as soon as possible. Thank you.

My theme support expired but the only person that can fix said issue I have is the developer. ​Regardless if my plugins are activated or not the entire theme settings for this theme is useless. It’s not clickable at all. I need to make some changes for my client but to no avail and I suspect this has to do with the theme itself. I even re-installed the theme but NOTHING works at all.

After updating to latest version of the theme i get Tinymce Error! on kingcomposer text editor. If i disable Theme Support plugin kingcomposer works fine but site is not working. Something is wrong with your code that causes Tinymce Error! on kingcomposer text editor which is essential.

Great looking template. Any issue I found was resolved by the support team quickly. Would buy from them again.

So far I'm really liking the theme. I had a slight issue with changing the headers but their support team fixed my issue extremely fast. Very happy with my purchase.
