Hello.
My client hired me to recreate his current Big Commerce website. They do have premium templates, but I like what your LaParis template has to offer.
I asked Big Commerce if a video can be placed in the slider image area and they told me they can only accept static images.
I have a few questions:
1) Is this possible to do with your template?
2) Will it import correctly if I buy yours?
3) Do you offer support in case something needs to be fixed?

I am planning to use BigCommerce and your theme. The description mentions that your theme support multi-languages. I am not sure how to do it in Bigcommerce. I am now testing with the default themes, and I can’t find where I can do it. Please help suggest how to do localization in your theme.

Hello! Great theme! How do we remove/edit the area just above the footer that says “FREE SHIPPING,” FREE RETURN” and “CALL TOLL FREE” and then the section below that (still above footer) that shows 4 columns with “INFORMATION, “MY ACCOUNT,” “ABOUT US,” “CONTACT INFO,” and “CONNECT WITH US”?

Amazing theme, haven't had any bugs yet. Any miscommunication from the documentation, the developer was readily available and promptly gave responses that helped fix my issues. This is our first time working in BigCommerce and we're happy that this theme and developer have been so helpful in making it a easy transition. I couldn't recommend this theme enough compared to other themes available on BigCommerce. 10/10 would recommend again.
