Hi, srcn I like your theme, but I am using NexGeek theme, and your theme is a bit expensive, I read a lot of comments, also understand why you no longer provide any supports (too many low-level questions make us bother, but this is no way, because we want to make money for our customers. _). I will follow your theme, maybe I will purchase your theme the next time or your theme is sold at a discount. I have a suggestion: Do you consider adding meta fields for products in your theme? and it’s importand to most of seller, thus buyers no longer need other apps. . . I have found that many apps have compatibility issues. Geekworm

I love this theme. It has features and flexibility you can't even imagine. It is very top quality. I have tried other themes and this is the only one that delivers on it's promises.The support is fast, and right to the point. No endless back and forth. Easy to setup theme with lots of customizability features. Unfortunately, the manual is not up to date.

I like this theme for various reasons.I'm not a coder or proficient in coding but I like that I can easily update my store to the latest iteration of the theme, which has bug fixes and improvements, by a simply copying and pasting.Support is very good, even though some of my support requests were outside the scope of the included support, they still helped me. Now I won't say they will always do this but from my experience where they could they did.There were a couple of bugs here and there, all themes have them, but they are always cleaned up as soon as possible and I haven't encountered anything new in weeks, which is quite good considering the theme was only published a few months backThere are a few features included and the developers are open to suggestions if you suggest features, I always come across new features that I would like to see in the theme and they are always happy to hear about them. Customizing options available are very good i.e., colours, fonts, menus, product page layout, add sliders, html blocks, product block on home page and collection page, instagram feeds, sections, add maps, collections pages are highly customizable, several cart styles, footers & headers adjustable, wishlist, multi-currency, quick view, etc.,Documentation is available, it does lack some information (my last documentation requirement was in May '17) but contact support and they will help you. They did tell me that they are working on it so since my last check in May '17, they may have updated it.

Hi, I am interested in purchasing your theme. I love the look. I do have a question about support though. It mentions “srcn does not currently provide support for this item.” So am I to understand that if we have questions or issues arise we the shop owner would be on our own to figure it out? I see other mentions in comments about paying additional $ for support. But I also see comments about pricing going up for the ap. So I’m not sure if that price is now included. Let me know. We want this ap. We have a good developer on our team who can code etc and hasn’t had problems making changes to our current theme when need be. BUT it would be comforting to know if we need help/support we have it available.

Hello, I’ve been using my website for around a year now, and all of a sudden its stopped working. I haven’t changed anything. It loads the homepage for 2 seconds and then just goes white. I’ve contacted Shopify Help Center and no one can help me. Please can you assist?

Just want to make sure I understand this right. You are asking for $899 for a theme, which you will no longer update with new features? Why would one invest so much for something with voiced minimal support, in addition to the product going from $50 to $899?

This was a great theme to work with! By far the most customizable one I've worked with yet with its HTML sections. Also, the support was awesome. So far it's my favorite theme. And this review is after completing a store. I think a lot of themes get 5 stars when a person starts with it but the problems usually come later on after really working with them. That's when I find out how well a theme is built and the quality of their support. This one is aces! Especially on mobile

The past week I was looking at your very nice Theme and finally decided to go ahead and buy it, but I see that the price gone up from 199 to 499 usd…, so I was just wondering if you will go to 199usd again!, I guess that the raise of the price is not related to improvement of the theme, but due to above discussions and you got tired of it. Let me know… 499usd is unfortunately above my budget. thanks

This was the second Shopify theme I purchased. I wasn't thrilled with the first one and this offered some features that I was looking for in what looked like a very attractive and flexible design. After installation I was easily able to customize my store to my exact liking but I had a few small issues. I am happy to say that the support I received for this theme was exemplary! I would post my question in the evening and without fail I would have a friendly response when I awoke in the morning. Even better the responses ALWAYS ended up solving any issues that I encountered.5/5 for the design 5/5 for the flexibility 5/5 for the included features.Just outstanding all around. I can't see how you could be disappointed!Bonus: I asked about a feature I would like implemented and was told that it was in the next release. Coincidence? Probably but it sure is nice to see updates within a week of purchase!

This guy offers no support whatsoever - takes 171 usd to extend support which are 85% of the theme price itself which crazy are 200 usd - the theme are full off bugs - the guy been told about the same bug serval times, and deny it and blame shopify , the design are beautiful but you can for for 80$ get a theme who are as beautiful, dont buy from this guy

Nice options. However, they change from version to version with breaking changes along the way.The designer removes parts of the theme with no warning at all. He also changes major portions of the theme with no way back to what you bought.I did get pretty nasty to the dev in a ticket, now that I have cooled down I do apologize for it. However, his response was more or less, "If you don't like any of the changes, you don't have to update. Sure you won't get any bug fixes either, but this is our choice."That really sucks. What if there is a security release or a CSS fixes for broken layouts; are you saying I can never get those unless I take all your design "improvements" with it?It is a nice template overall. There are lots of options. Awesome responsiveness. But the major changing to it, I could do without.

I just recently purchased this due to needing a better looking product page and I wanted the carousal feature for my homepage. I got those and tons more when upgrading to this theme. The features are great and it is loaded with options. I love the custom section ability to add html. It immediately made my shop look more professional and I think customers responded to that. You get what you pay for when it comes to your website, and this is a great purchase for those wanting to upgrade. I am grateful that the developer of this took so much time and care in the coding and design. I am a very happy customer.

Looks like an awesome theme, just the price is far too expensive. 500USD is an overkill, especially considering there is no support. I would definitely pay 200USD, which is already more than most themes on Shopify.
