Hello, I am thinking of purchasing this theme using WP 5.7.1. What was your answer to this question? “is a more recent updated version of the theme that is more compatible with the latest version of wordpress. We are getting jQuery errors and deprecation warnings mainly for the theme_support_nortech/includes. Lots of Admin UI errors. When we run Query Migrate and activate the Legacy 1.12 jQuery Version some of the UI issues are better but many still don’t work.​”

This is an awesome theme with good features. Completely recommending. Also, have good customer support too. 5 stars.

Have issues with KingComposer. The plugin is not found, and when I install kc_pro downloaded from their website, the theme doesn’t accept it. Additionally I can’t import the data.

​Hello, I have purchased your website for a client. We installed it in a subdomain we created and now client wishes to use a new domain he purchased. I assumed that if we transfer from subdomain (which will be deleted after transfer) to the actual website it will work. Is this true? Please get back to me. There will only be 1 website with this theme but we temporarily used subdomain we want to now use the actual new domain for it.

Hi, We have purchased your theme and we are about to launch a site. Unfortunately the theme seems to be not up to date to be compatible with the latest wordpress version and plugins. We also notice irregularities on the sidebar menu design and there are also couple of errors in browser console. Plugin like rev slider needs updating too. Are you able to help us with this? Can you check our dev site and keep it up to date? Our support access has expired and we are hoping that you can still help us. Thanks a lot.

I have to give credit where it's due. After my initial frustration with customer support, I have to knowledge the effort that the author had put into helping me with optimization. My only wish is that help had come a little sooner. Thank you!

Unable to edit the header image for projects and services, and the services and projects are not designed the way they are displayed on the demo page, and they are not easily customized and not useful at all. The design frustrations, on top of the extra work caused by not being able to use categories to emulate these sections into king composer widgets or into an essential grid plugin made me regret this purchase. Additionally, there is a lack of documentation around thee issues and, although their support was responsive, the support didn't get down to brass tax on this issue for over a month's worth of communications. It's unfortunate, because the theme is aesthetically well designed but very weak from a functionality standpoint.

​Hello, There is a problem with your theme… We have had this theme for 3 years now and all of a sudden we can’t edit the theme setting option—header, logo, footer etc. That whole option refuses to work. Can someone please respond and help us with this? We cannot send you a support ticket because our time expired, but we don’t think we need to renew support when the problem is not on our end? Thanks
